Customer Panel guide

What's on each screen of the panel and what it's for.

The panel lives at app.pushtifly.com. In the side menu you pick the company and its sections, grouped into Sending, Data, Developers and Company. On a phone, the menu opens with the ☰ button.

Home

The list of your companies and pending invitations. From here you create a new company.

Apps

Each app has:

  • New app: a step-by-step wizard (framework, platforms, details and marketing). When editing, the settings are organized in tabs: General, Platforms, Credentials, Sounds and Marketing.
  • App details: name, platforms, framework, Android package, iOS bundle id, default Android channel and iOS mode (direct APNs or via FCM).
  • Integration status (traffic light): Android and iOS credentials, public key, registered devices, environments, last test, open tracking, invalid-token rate, denied permissions and outdated SDK. Each red or yellow item comes with the action to fix it.
  • Credentials: upload, validate, replace or delete the Firebase service account, the .p8 key or the .p12 certificate. Warnings before expiration.
  • Code: ready-to-use snippets for your framework, with your appId and your public key.
  • Devices: search by token, user or id; filters by platform, status and tags; mark or unmark test devices; pairing codes with QR.
  • Device debugger: the full profile, error codes from the last 30 days and a timeline (registration, deliveries, events and tests).
  • Troubleshooter: guided questions that find the first failing step (Expo token, wrong environment, permission, Android channel, battery, iOS image extension…).
  • Segments, templates, topics and sounds.

Notifications

  • New send: target (devices, users, topic, segment, filters or everyone), content per language with variables, data, deep link, buttons, media, sound, Android/iOS options and scheduling. The preview shows how it will look on Android and iOS, the payload size and any warnings. Large sends ask for confirmation.
  • Drafts: save and continue later.
  • History: the status of each send, deliveries per device with the provider's exact error, cancel, resend.
  • Scheduled and recurring Campaigns: pause, resume, edit or cancel.

Test console

Send to up to 10 targets and see Google's or Apple's exact response, with its interpretation and a suggestion. It lets you validate without sending (FCM) and write the payload by hand. It doesn't use quota.

Analytics

Funnel (targets → accepted → received → opened → clicks), rates, breakdown by platform, language and app version, timeline and clicks per button. By date range and per send.

Media

A library of images, GIFs, audio and video. Pushtifly optimizes them and generates variants (poster, thumbnail).

Webhooks

Receive Pushtifly's events on your server (send completed or failed, invalid tokens, credentials about to expire, quota). See Webhooks.

API keys

Create, rotate and revoke public and secret keys, in test or live mode, with permissions, app and an IP allowlist. The secret key is shown only once.

Team

Invite members with a role: Owner, Admin, Developer, Marketing or Read-only. Each role only sees and does its own part; for example, Marketing sends but doesn't touch credentials or keys.

Plan and Billing

The month's usage, plan limits, plan changes, payment method, invoices (PDF) and tax details. See Plans and billing.

Settings and audit

Company details, time zone, language, logo, requiring 2FA for the whole team, and the audit log of everything that changed and who did it.

My account

Password, two-step verification (authenticator app and recovery codes), passkeys, sign-in with Google or Apple, open sessions, trusted devices and security events.
